Polles Properties, LLC, a real estate brokerage firm, was started January 2014 by Amanda and John Polles. Amanda has gained extensive knowledge and experience from being in the real estate business since 2006. She has continuously achieved awards including Multi-million dollar producer, #1 Top Producer for 2013 and Rookie of the Year for 2007. Amanda is a full-time Realtor®, a distinction and designation earned only through membership in the National Association of Realtors®. Amanda is also a member of the Mississippi Association of Realtors and Central Mississippi Realtors (formerly known as Jackson Association of Realtors). Being a Realtor® ensures that every transaction is guided by the Realtor® Code of Ethics, a Golden Rule for real estate, which establishes a Standard of Practice that may be higher than those mandated by law. Polles Properties, LLC belongs to the local Multiple Listing Service of Jackson (MLS). This ensures that the general public & all other MLS members have access to every property (single & multi-family houses for sale or rent, land & commercial buildings for sale or rent) being marketed through MLS in central Mississippi. Amanda is also a member of Madison Heights Church of Madison. She is actively involved in the Junior League of Jackson, Miss. She loves giving back to her community as much as she can. She is married to John Polles of Brandon and they have two sons, John Carter Polles, Jr. who was born May 2013 and Samuel Foster Polles who was born February 2019. She is a 2006 graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi and active Phi Mu of Alpha Omicron alumnae.

John became a licensed real estate agent in 2014. His love for Mississippi and passion for people and the outdoors drove his ambition to sell land, commercial, and residential properties in Mississippi. John is a native to Mississippi. After graduating high school from Northwest Rankin High School in Brandon, MS, John went on to play baseball at Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi. There he earned a Bachelor of Science with a minor degree in Computer Information Systems. John has been involved in several civic and professional organizations which include Mississippi Economic Council’s Leadership Mississippi, Young Business Leaders, Chairman of the Young Professional committee, and Public Relations committee of the Mississippi Associated Builders and Contractors. John also is committed to the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and his church Madison Heights in Madison, Mississippi. He is married to Amanda Polles and they have two sons, John Carter Polles, Jr. who was born May 2013 and Samuel Foster Polles who was born February 2019. John is a Realtor member which means he belongs to the National Association of Realtors, Mississippi Association of Realtors and Central Mississippi Association of Realtors.

Kathy Whitfield has over 30 years experience in real estate and has been a part of the Polles Properties team since November 2017. She has been a consistent multi-million dollar producer throughout her career, and has advanced training and
designations in representing buyers and sellers, negotiation, fair housing and diversity, seniors and lifestyle transition, and professional excellence. She lists and sells residential property and assists the Polles Properties team with growth operations. Kathy and her husband are long-time Madison residents and currently live in the Gluckstadt area.

Elizabeth was born and raised in Madison Mississippi, Elizabeth is so happy to be back in her home town and selling real estate. After graduating from Ole Miss in 2012, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue her love of acting. While there she established an impressive resume commercially by representing brands including Applebees, Clearsil, New Balance, Disney and Mercedes Benz to name a few. In 2019 she moved to Nashville, TN and while continuing entertainment, she got her real estate license and joined Villiage brokerage. Elizabeth has always had such a love for meeting new people and that combined with finding them a home that they really love and feel comfortable in, has given her such an overwhelming joy! Elizabeth got married in 2021 to Leighton Fields and they now have a baby girl named Sunny. They recently moved back to Madison to be close to family and friends and raise their daughter in this amazing community.

Amber Letchworth serves the Polles Properties Company as office manager, transaction coordinator, receptionist and marketing assistant. She assists clients and tenants, and is a vital part of the excellent customer service experience that Polles Properties offers. Amber is a long-time Madison resident and she and her family live in the Gluckstadt area.
